My name is Joanna. I am a CrossFit Level 2 Instructor and owner of All Kine Crossfit with my beautiful husband Mark, here on the beautiful island of Maui.

All my life, I have always had a love for fitness. Becoming a coach and a gym owner has been an incredible experience. It has privileged me to help many people succeed in their own transformations. Ordinary people becoming extraordinary because they made the choice to take control of their health. They are the true heroes and inspiration for this platform.​

Growing up, I was the kid that kinda didn't really 'fit in'. I was not the greatest at team sports especially when a ball was involved. Nonetheless, I always would try because I loved to play. So, I played sports that didn't involve getting hit in the head leading me to play water sports for most of my adult life.

When I was introduced to CrossFit, I really didn't think I could do it. I didn't think I could 'fit in' to that CrossFit scene. It was intimidating but I wanted to try and to my surprise, I fell hard for this fitness. What I loved was that no matter your age, your abilities or your athleticism, you could be a CrossFit athlete. You could fit in and find your place among the elite and the beginners. I learned early on that my joy came from helping people that would have never considered CrossFit yet found support to get fit and be themselves.

The love for this fitness naturally progressed to where I became a CrossFit Coach at 40 years old, a gym owner at 43 and now an advocate for health and wellness sharing what I've learned.


In my life of water sports and CrossFit, I have learned valuable things about exercise, nutrition, mindset, and hydration. All of these (when put together) will help anyone reach their own version of health and wellness.

My hope is that this platform will inspire you to incorporate positive changes you can apply to your everyday life. We will take this journey together to learn how to simplify fitness, nutrition and hydration to improve your body and your mindset. You will find practical tips, realistic advice, easy workouts and perspective to help you navigate your way to a healthy you.
