When you think of fitness, you might think of reps and sets, long hours in the gym or endless miles on the treadmill. Thinking this way misses the bigger picture. It becomes a task to be completed, like an item on a to-do list or something to be worked into your schedule just like any other task.

But my friend, fitness isn't meant to be contained! Fitness is meant to be free, unfiltered and unrestrained. It's meant to inspire and motivate, challenging you physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Through fitness we are able to discover new people, thoughts, and places that we never thought would welcome us. So let's look at fitness as a beautiful journey,

WELCOME TO MY

NEIGHBORHOOD!

 

All Kine CrossFit is my special place! It is my home away from home where I get to work on my fitness. What an honor and privilege it has been to own and operate our gym here in the town of Wailuku on the island of Maui.

Owning this gym has allowed my husband and I to create a place that welcomes all people at any athletic level. We want everyone that comes through our doors to feel welcome and supported throughout their fitness journey. This experience is very important to me because having a place to belong creates a safe place to work on your fitness.
